Topic: Development Plans for the Next Release of GParted (0.6.3)
The focus continues on bug fixes for the next release of GParted (0.6.3). With these bug fixes we are endeavouring to increase the robustness of the application. No new features are planned for this release.
The planned release date for GParted 0.6.3 is September 23, 2010.

Though this patch adds new functionality, it is small and relatively benign so I plan to include the patch in the 0.6.3 release of GParted. Thanks go to Mike Fleetwood for this patch.

Luca Bruno has created a patch to add btrfs file system support to GParted. Testing is still needed.
Bug 171215 - Support lost partition recovery
Joan Lledó has done much work in this area providing a patch that uses gpart to find lost partitions.
