Topic: Strange graphical issue when booting GParted live from USB or CD
I installed GParted Live on a 4 GB USB stick using Tuxboot in Windows, and it appeared to be successful. When I boot from the USB, I get three copies of what appears to be the right screen all next to each other and only filling about the top sixth of the screen. The rest of the screen is black. I can try to take a photo and upload it somewhere if my explanation isn't clear, but basically the menu I assume is supposed to be filling the whole monitor instead appears three times, and too small to read.
Hitting any of the options on this menu does not change the graphical issue. I have also tried switching from UEFI to Legacy boot mode, but this doesn't help. I know there is advice for fixing graphical issues on the Tips page, but the text on the menu that boots up is so small that I can't even read any of the options.
I am using GParted Live version 0.14.1-6, and I am trying to boot it on a Lenovo Ideapad Y580.
Edit: I get the same effect when booting from a CD.
