Topic: Spotmau Partition Genius - GParted derivative?

I came across this software today. From the screenshots it looks like it might be based on GParted. Has anyone seen this before and know if it is legitimate? Googling & poking around the website didn't turn up much useful information.

This is a the first time I've heard of this software.

From a quick look, this software appears to only support FAT16, FAT32, and NTFS file systems.  From looking through the feature set, it appears that the software is focused on Windows only systems using a Master Boot Record partition table.

AFAIK, this is not a clone of GParted.
