Topic: win2003 with partition c: full

Hi, I have a win2003 server with scsi harddisk with 2 partition ([c:] and [d:]) The [C:] partition is 5GB and is full. I need to add GB to partition C: . Partition [D:] is 125GB and 80GB are free. Is GpParted my solution ? Thank's

You have to shrink the second partition, and then expand the first one.
You can use the livecd. It is better to take a backup before doing any partition operation.
Read carefully the documentation. There is a special chapter on ntfs resizing. Do each step alone, and boot to windows at least 2-3 times, running chkdsk on the resized partition.

It is better to run the system with a UPS, because any power failure can be fatal for the data.
