Topic: GParted tutorial

I am at the moment running Ubuntu 7.10 and very happy using and learning all about it. But i would also like to install "dual-boot" Fedora 8 unfortunately i really am an Oldn00b and have no experience what-so-ever of using GParted and Partitioning an harddrive. So could someone point me to an easy to follow tutorial please. Any help really would be appreciated. Big thanks

Re: GParted tutorial

I think you have to start by learning about partitions.
There are many help pages on the web.

Booting and GRUB

Re: GParted tutorial

Thanks for the links. Shall try and learn a little before attempting to dual-boot. Cheers!

Re: GParted tutorial

Try first some live cd Linux versions, like Knoppix, Fedora, Ubuntu and others, to know it better.
