Topic: Format USB hard drive

Hi, I've got an external usb hard drive loaded with ubuntu feisty. I now need to format this completely. Can anyone offer any advice?

You can delete the existing partitions with Gparted or other partitioning software (e.g. fdisk, or even windows disk management).

Be sure you don't need the disk's data anymore, and take care to delete the *right* drive!
