I have a question Larry. What about GParted? It's been 8 months with no release. Is GParted looking for a maintainer as well?

Bart, witch is the GParted dev is away since about 6 months. He is currently building his own company.
I guess he has no time left for anything else ....

I have no news from him since february 2007 :-/

Well, I'm self employed and quite skilled with Linux in general, so I could find the time to maintain the Live CD, however I'd like to understand what kind of skills and tools are needed in advance, because I've never maintained a live CD before.

I don't have a deep knowledge of GParted code, I only used it in several circumstances, however I do know C++.

Please let me know,
