Topic: How to install gparted on my usb drive from windows?

I'm trying to install Gparted on my usb drive.

I reach to make a bootable usb and I have copied all the files from gparted archive:
Here is the step I have made
Copy all files from gparted live cd archive to my usb drive. (I have copied them to the same folder of the archive and to the root because I was not sure to understand)

Download last zipped version of syslinux from here http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/boot/syslinux/

Execute from %syslinux%\win32 directory the command syslinux -s f: (with f my usb drive)

This procedure enable me to boot on the key

but after typing enter when it write boot: I've got the message Could not find the kernel image : gparted

Does someone have an idea???

Thanks
