Topic: 20 gigs filled up in liveCD but gone in windows

I shrank my C drive 20 gigs, and when I tried to grow it back, I got some errors that said it could not be grown, but it was tacked on as used data!! When I'm in windows, it shows my disk capacity as 50 gigs, when it should be 70!!!

Did you do all necessary reboots into windows after resizing?

You can try to repair it by running the command chkdsk /f from the command prompt, or from the Recovery console (from the windows installation cd).

Another solution you could try is to resize back to 50GB (even a few MB less) with Gparted, reboot 2-3 times to windows for tests, and then resize again to 70 GB, with the necessary reboots too.
