GParted halts at boot! [SOLVED]

It halts at boot with this message,

Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.

Sys specs are:

Windows Vista Home
Acer PowerF1
80GB HDD (I can't remember which brand)
HP CD-Writer 9100
Radeon 9200 SE
Some kind of crap Acer Motherboard
Some kind of crap Acer CPU

EDIT: When I turn off the QUICK P.O.S.T feature (it skips some tests), it fails the memory test.

SOLUTION: Let it pass Memory Testing. Cuz GParted is based on RAM, duh!
