Topic: Problem with video frequency

Hello

I've downloaded the latest version and have made a bootable CD.

When I start my PC from Gparted live CD, it asks me 2 questions :
- language
- key map.

After that, I get an error message "Video frequency too high". My screen is an LCD 1280*1024 @ 60hz

I can't do anything, just restart my PC.

Can someone help me ?

Sincerely.

Re: Problem with video frequency

You can select another boot option in the initial screen.
VESA driver usually works.
Sometimes, the automatic configuration goes to the highest resolution and frequency of the graphics card, that usually is much higher than those of the monitor. Furthermore, LCD monitors work in lower frequencies than CRT.
