Topic: HELP!! How to configure PXE for gparted 0.3.4-6?

Dear Friends,

I use gparted 0.3.3 by boot PXE, but I would like to use version gparted 0.3.4-6.

I used link below to configuration PXE BOOT, but the new version gparted-cd now is very different configuration boot.

How I need configuration for PXE boot for last version gparted ?

Thanks

Adriano

This doc works with the old release of GParted.
ATM : it is not possible.

Re: HELP!! How to configure PXE for gparted 0.3.4-6?

I have here a number of client PCs that don't have a CDROM drive and can't boot off USB. So being able to boot GParted via PXE as decribed in http://gparted-forum.surf4.info/viewtopic.php?id=139 is a big help in administering these PCs.

Because I'm still using version 0.3.1 I wanted to upgrade today and learned that the current version 0.3.4-7 of the LiveCD apparently can't be converted for PXE boot. Now, two questions:
- What is the last version of the LiveCD that can be used for booting via PXE?
- Any chance that this will be possible in the future again? I sure hope so :-)

Unfortenately I can't offer much more than my appreciation for a great piece of software.  And of course, I'd be happy to do testing if needed.

Thanks, Malte
