Topic: Gparted will not recognize entire Hard drive

I have a 2TB hard drive with a windows OS allocating 931Gb. I want to allocate the remaining 931ish Gb to this OS however, Gparted only recognizes 4mb of unallocated space. The total space it sees on the hard drive is 931 gb out of 1.8TB. I have done this before on a different server from 480GB to 960Gb and it worked flawlessly.

Anyone have any ideas why it will not recognize the additional space on the disk? This unallocated space is outside of the virtual disk.

System is windows 10
Raid 1 (hardware raid)
MBR as the boot loader

Re: Gparted will not recognize entire Hard drive

It is possible that the management of the drive passes through the RAID hardware/management software.

So how would I fix this issue or is there none?
