Topic: Moving a smaller HD to a bigger HD

Is Gparted capable of doing the following?
I have a 40GB HD with multiple partitions with diffrent file systems, mainly NTFS and ext2. I also have a new empty larger HD. Is it possible to move all the partitions to the new HD and make some of them bigger?
For example, assume the 40 GB HD with four 10GB partitions needs to move to a 100GB HD with two 10GB and two 40GB partitions.

If that is possible, should I expect any issues with Windows and Linux being moved to diffrent hard drives?
