Gparted can not detect Hard drive

Hi everyone,

I am trying to run Gparted via virtual console of Dell R360. I am mapping the iso  file of Gparted to virtual console and it is booting up. But when I open the Gparted it does not show me the hard drive which I have installed into the R360. In Bios hard drive are detectable and it is coming up with the Ready status so even it does not say it is blocked so I am not getting why I am not seeing any hard drive in Gparted. There virsion of iso  I have tried is  Gparted 1.1.0.8 and Gparted 1.1.05 now  I tried to download bit older versions as well but it  is coming up with fail result.
