Topic: GParted live freezes after selecting boot method

Trying to use GParted to reformat an SSD that appears to be resisting attempts via diskpart because it is locked by bitlocker. Reformatting because machine won't boot from the SSD anymore.

After selecting the boot method (I've tried standard, and both safe modes), options go away, and all I see is the splash screen. Nothing else comes up.

Quick boot and secure boot are disabled.

Honestly, I'm wondering if this is happening because the SSD is dead. Any thoughts?

Did you use the latest version of GParted Live? Current stable version is 1.1.0-1.
