Topic: Uninstall

I have made a big mess on my Thinkpad T440p in trying to install a multi-boot hard drive. The bottom line is that I replaced the drive with a new one of the same size. When I try to install Win7 it tells me that it can't because there are no drivers. I look at the 'Computer' window and it shows only one drive - 'X' driver which is Gparted. 'X' drive must be on the computer itself as this hard drive is new, that, is nothing on it.

Here is a pic of my drives. Hopefully it will help understand the problem.
I want to uninstall GParted and start again.
