What's the syntax to install one of this packages?

I'm trying to update my GPL 29.0.1 with some apps like MPlayer & VLC, included in this packages, Get:7 seems best for me. It seems I can't install them individually.

And I don't have enough space in the partition so I can install the new version w/o removing the old one.

Other than the documention written by Steven, I don't have any other tips.  Perhaps it might be worth acquiring additional storage so you can proceed with your goals.
