Creating 1 partition out of 2

Hello, I have one Hard disk of 76 GB, which is devided in to two partitions (one (C) primary and one (D) logical) each being 38 GB. I would like to merge these two together to create one Harddisk (C) of 76 GB.

I'm not quite sure how to do this using GParted. I have burned it on a cd as an image and have started it after restarting my computer and I have had a look within the program, but I have yet to find the one button that will do aforementioned action.

Could somebody give some help?
