What is the problem you experience with the mouse?
Currently I'm using VMware Player 6.0.3-1895310 on an x86_64 computer with not problems. I'm using a PS/2 port mouse.
I am using vm/workstation v6 -- and my mouse us usb2 connected to win7 host
when I move the mouse over the gparted windows and try to select any verbs at the top of the windows, the system does not respond ..
Is there a iso/version of gparted with vmware tools builtiin?
thanks

No, but you can build your own copy of the GParted Live image by following the Create GParted live from scratch instructions.
Hope that helps.

Hello --
Thanks for the info ... I looked at the build instructions -- It sees to imply that the process is being done on a unix/linux ok -- will cygwin work?
Thanks
I've never tried using cygwin, so I don't know. If you are familiar with Virtual Machines, you could always spin up a VM with GNU/Linux and build the GParted Live image from there.
