Hi,
You now need to set-up the boot loader on your new drive. I assume that would be to boot Windows only because you mentioned "C" Drive. Please look at these answers in the FAQ for help.
14: After resizing my Windows 7 or Vista partition, my computer won't boot. How can I fix this?
15: What are the commands for repairing Windows Vista or Windows 7 boot problems?
16: What are the commands for repairing Windows XP boot problems?
Thanks,
Mike
Mike,
I tried repairing Win 7 but it never went to my desktop. All I had was a light blue screen.
Are both drives (the original C: drive and the copy of the C: drive) connected to the computer?
If so then there will be duplicate UUIDs on the NTFS file systems and these cause problems when booting. Be sure that only one drive is connected at a time, or else change the UUID on one of the drives. See the GParted Manual section Copying and Pasting a Partition.
