Topic: [SOLVED] Gparted boot from PXE gives text login screen

I downloaded the latest GParted Live image, added it to my PXE configuration and boot into it. However, I end up with a text login screen and am at a loss how to logon. Tried user/live, root/password, and some others, but no luck.
The tests are performed on a Hyper-V (Server 2012) VM.
Where should I look for trouble shooting. Any directions?

Re: [SOLVED] Gparted boot from PXE gives text login screen

There have been some problems recently resolved in syslinux that is used to boot the GParted Live image.

Would you be able to try out the latest testing release (currently 0.17.0-4)?

No I haven't, but I wll try tonight (Western Europe Timezone).
Thanks.

UPDATE: No difference, and even booting a 4 year old HP laptop gives the same text login prompt... I must be doing something wrong. ;o|

I assume that you used the steps outlined in GParted Live on PXE Server.  Perhaps you could double check that these steps have been followed closely?
