Topic: Need Information to rescue Windows Partition

I am sorry to ask such a silly question.

I am using Windows8 and Back Track5 on my laptop and GRUB is allowing me to dual boot.
I am now sick of back Track and want to remove it.
BT5 is using EXT2 File System while windows can only recognize NTFS or FAT
How do i remove BT And change EXT2 to NTFS using gParted?
Please i am a beginner so please explain in detail sad

Re: Need Information to rescue Windows Partition

I do not have personal experience with Back Track 5.  My guess is that after you remove/delete BT5, you will need your Windows Rescue disks to repair Windows boot.  I would suggest reviewing the BT5 documentation or web site for information on how to uninstall BT5.
