Topic: [Solved] Gparted live on USB

Hi

I have downloaded GParted Live 0.14.1-1 and I am using it from a USB flash drive. Gparted boots but when I select any options in the menu, it crashes or the screen goes blank and my system reboots. I have tried all the possible options with no success. I have gone into the bios and made my USB drive the first available to boot and as I said, the drive boots fine. I am trying to use it on a Dell Optiplex 740. First I thought that the USB drive was not programmed correctly, but I tried it on another PC and it is working fine. I am not sure what other options to check in the PC bios, assuming that this is the problem.

Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

Solved! I just updated the Bios on my OPtiplex with the latest available and now Gparted is working fine.
