Topic: How can I do a Mac OS X partition?

Hi!

I have an Intel PC and I want to put Mac OS X to it but the installer can't recognize my HDD. I know that the Mac OS X Operation System has got a special partition, but I don't know, how to do it!!

Please help!

Mac OS X does indeed use a special hybrid partition table that consists of both GPT and MSDOS partition tables.

I am not familiar with installing Mac OS X on non-Apple hardware.  You might want to search out a Mac OS X specific forum to see if anyone else has successfully done this.

You will need to search for this on the Internet.  I have no knowledge of if this can even be done.
