Topic: linux partition higher than 2TB

hi all,
I need help am trying to install redhat 5.5 on a 2.8XXXTB under raid5 configuration and i know that linux cannot create partition larger that 2tb. So,  I used gparted live in setting up partition and i was successful on it. However when i run the install in run i got an error msg. "your boot partition is on disk using the GPT partitioning scheme but this machine cannot boot using GPT".  How can i fix this problem.
