hi

I try to create my own GParted Live image according to:

http://gparted.org/create-gparted-live.php

but cannot find out howto create additional desktop icons?

You can put desktop files in /opt/drbl/setup/files/gparted/idesktop, and modify the /opt/drbl/setup/files/gparted/live-hook/gparted-live-hook to fit your need.
