Topic: GParted Failed to Boot

It just loops the following message over and over until a Debian-branded message notifies me it failed to boot.

[  Timestamp of somekind ] NTFS volume version 1.

I'm using VMWare Server 1.0.4.

Re: GParted Failed to Boot

"VMWare Server 1.0.4" -> How about vmware 2.x? Or Virtualbox 3.x?
As I remember, yes, there is an issue about Debian live Sid on vmware server 1.x.

Re: GParted Failed to Boot

I get almost exactly the same problem, but I'm using VMware ESX 3

I get:

NTFS Volume Version 3.1
NTFS Volume Version 3.1
NTFS Volume Version 3.1
NTFS Volume Version 3.1
NTFS Volume Version 3.1
NTFS Volume Version 3.1

Boot failed!

0.5.1-1 and 0.5.2-1 both fail to boot with the same error

0.4.6.1 boots perfectly and works

Re: GParted Failed to Boot

I have the same issue (dual boot winxp/CentOS-5 on real hardware) -> livehd failing but pxe works:
same symptoms (NTFS/ext3 error messages looping).
