Topic: ext2 recovery

Hello all!

What would be the best tool for recovery of files on a ext2 partition which mostly got corrupted after resize attempt (extending to unallocated space 'on the left')

(gparted-live-0.4.6-1)

You could try PhotoRec, which recovers more than just picture files.
