Topic: GPARTED wont recognize my hard drives

Hey all,

im new here so take it easy.. smile

im trying to use gparted to partition my drives but it wont recognize my drives. The driver it needs (i think) is WinXP Promise SATA378 (obviously needs a linux version though). I tried to boot gparted live with the extra boot options and chose sata-promise but no luck.

The hard drives are (i think)

HTS72106 and HTS72106

The version of gparted live i am using is:  gparted-livecd-0.3.3-0

any help would be great. cheers.

Matt, i am currently uploading a new iso with SATA support : i cant enable something else/more in the config file, since there is nothing lese ! So tell me if it works !
