Topic: cpqarray mod not successfully loaded in liveCD kernel

The livecd does not properly load the cpqarray module on HP DL380, due to the events described here: http://www.mcnabbs.org/andrew/linux/proliant/ , see Installing Linux. This seems to be a generic problem with kernel versions earlier than 2.6.18 but I haven't managed to work-around it. If anyone knows of a work-around, I could really use it.
BTW, Gparted is an awesome tool, thanks.
