Topic: Toshiba Tecra S3 SATA controller (ICH6) not recognized during boot

Hi.

I couldn't get my gparted livecd recognize the sata controller of my toshiba tecra s3. I tried checking some additional module and also tried checking them all but gparted still doesn't see any device.

Any hint?

Well, the problem we have atm is that we have no livecd maintainer anymore sad. Kernel needs to be updated and modules added...
I gonna converse with the dev to see what we could try waiting for .

Hi as LarryT already stated there is not livecd maintainer atm and we don't have time to do it right now. This situation should improve within a month (i expect to have a little more time by then)

Maybe you are interested in fixing this yourself?
