Topic: Not able to see the partition

Hi,
I have a VM with 8GB Hard Diskspace and want to increase it to 20GB. Allocated extra Disk space using VMware Disk Manager. Pointed the VM machine to Gparted.iso image and rebooted the machine. After rebooting I dont see the available disk partition at all to resize it? It is just blank. Help!
