GParted forum → GParted → Reading from Right to Left
Am i right in thinking that Gparted works from right to left .What I mean is I wanted to enlarge a partition on the end of my hard drive so assumed that the partition Preceding meant the space to the left but it appears to have taken space from the right .Which I assumed would be the space following .Looked for a help file but it appears not to have been written yet.

depends on the version ! last version does the trick !

I wanted to increase the size of sda7 but instead I ended up with an unallocated 4GB+
sorry its not come out right will have another go
