Topic: Add D: to XP/Linux dualboot

New to Linux, I installed Ubuntu 7.04 as a dual-boot with XP on first but with a C: drive only, no D: logical partition. I now want to add D: to XP for backup purposes.

You are limited to 4 parimaries partition, but you just have 3 : hda1, hda2, and hda3. Next one will be hda4.
Logical partitions are set from hda5 to ... hda 1000 :-p
