Topic: LDM (dyxnamic disc) disk label support ?

Are/will be  LDM partition types supported by (g)parted ?

Or from a users point of view: can I resize an NTFS volume on a dynamic disk ?
If not with gparted, does anyone know any software that can do that ? (most commercial programs can't handle dynamic disks)

Regards,
David

Re: LDM (dyxnamic disc) disk label support ?

bump,

I'm in need of a partition manager for LDM disks, too. I want to merge a multi-part (extended) partition (dynamic disk) into one primary partition (basic disk) without data loss.

But gparted doesn't even support LDM, right? I don't find any information about that on gparted.sourceforge.net so I guess it's not supported, RIGHT? Hello?

This forum's so dead... lots of threads with 0 replies, tztz. Why does it even exist? So people can talk to themselves?

Hi there Patrick, here's the idiot and he still wants to know whether gparted supports LDM.

EDIT: Or maybe you are too stupid and don't know? big_smile

Okay, then sorry. I have been touched by someone that though it wasn't a joke.
I was away since about two months, and I see no one of the others gave replies :-(

So I gonna try to come back.
