Topic: not sure how to state my problem here..

ok here it is. i used gparted to create linux partitions on my pc, to dualboot linux and windows xp. it worked fine. but now after i've toyed around with linux i decided to take it off. so i deleted my linux partition and just left my windows partition.  now that i've taken it off. here's my problem. now when i reboot my pc to go to windowns. i think its trying to boot up the linux boot and it goes to this black screen and it says: grub>

and thats it. now if i put in my gparted live cd and boot from there. i have to go to the option that says "boot 1st partition on hard drive" and then it'll boot up windows xp. so how do i get my windows to start up like it use to..without the use of the gparted live cd.???????????

thanks for your help guys.

This is the option "Recovery console" from the win cd.
