Topic: Support splitting WinXP system disk on NVIDIA SATA RAID?

I've got ASUS K8N motherboard with Sempron 2800 on it. Windows MCE starting on the 2 SATA disk RAID array (2x160G = 160G .. 8-) ). No other drives installed. Now I need to get a separate partition out of the unused space of the RAID array.

Will I be able to get the RAID array split to two partitions with this tool without messing up the setup? Will LiveCD detect the system as a RAID -- or simply as two separate disks?

there is no RAID support yet, so softraid will be detected as separate disks/partitions. However, in case of weird (semi)hardwareraids, the results may be unpredictable.
Why not simply try it yourself? everything is readonly till you hit 'apply', so you should get an idea of the possibilities.
