Topic: Changing partitions

Looking from left to right in GParted's window, I see the following: 
     C:  3.91 GB
     Unallowcated space:  5.03 GB
     I:  9.69 GB

I want to 1) increase partition C: into part of the unallowcated space [add about 2 GB to partition C:] and 2) use the rest of the allowcated space in partition I:. 

How do I do this?
