Topic: Cannot resize a FAT32 partition - fails during LiveCD disk check

This was originally posted here:

At the time, I was using the SystemRescueCD, and was told to repost only if I ran into the problem using gparted on a HD install, or using the gparted LiveCD.

Well, I'm now using the gparted LiveCD and I'm running into the same error - the FAT32 partition on my firewire drive is reporting problems (an exclamation point splat in the gparted partition listing) and fails the check.

Screenshots and gparted save details htm file:

vijay, I'd suggest posting in your own post (though it seems that nobody likes to respond to me, so best of luck).
