Fat32 PATA drive not showing partitions

Alright the rundown, I am using the latest version of the gparted live cd, burned a copy last night.  I am trying to resize the partitions on a Fat32 drive that currently runs windows xp.  There are 2 partitions.  When I load gparted I am given only the total drive (1 partition) and it indicates that the drive is "full", in reality it is only 1/3 used.

The machine is an older P4 with 758mb of ram, running Windows XP home.
