Topic: Help, grow filesystem to fill the partition error

Hi,
I've been trying out different versions of the livecd's.  So far version 0.3.4 gets hung up at the "startx" entry.  So I have tried 2.5 which crashes.  2.5.5 works and I get to the final screen of the setup however I get the error "operation cannot be completed".   Live cd 3.1 gives me the same error with the "grow filesystem to fill the partition" as the detail for the error.
I just don't know what to do anymore.   I'm on a core duo mac mini using parallels.
Please help!

Hm, i really don't know mac ...
