Topic: "Cluster accounting failed... extra cluster in $Bitmap"

I have tried to resize my partition, but each time am faced with this:

"ERROR: NTFS is inconsistent. Run chkdsk /f on Windows then reboot it TWICE. ...."

I have allocated about 50GB to expand this partition, but cannot get past this message whenever I try to resize. I am only as good with computers as the help guides provided, and I feel that I've reached a dead end until someone helps me.

Please Help!

Just do what the message says :

Run chkdsk /f on Windows then reboot it TWICE
