!!screwed up my ntfs parition, filesystem unknown!!

Hi, in an attempt to resize my windows ntfs partition i screwed up and now i doesn't have a filesystem, i need to get it back to ntfs but i don't want to lose any data. IS THIS POSSIBLE???
