GParted Live 1.5.0 does not show X (NUC11PHKi7C)

When running either one of:

• GParted Live (Default settings)

• GParted Live (Default settings & To RAM)

• GParted Live (KMS)

• GParted Live (KMS & To RAM)

• GParted Live (KMS with large font & To RAM)

after simply hitting Enter on questions GParted Live asks, thus effectively choosing

(0) Continue to start X to use GParted automatically

it ends up displaying:

Debian GNU/Linux 12 debian tty1

debian login: user (automatic login)

Linux debian 6.1.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.15-1 (2023-03-05) x86_64

and blinking underscore text cursor _ below it (for a brief 1-2 seconds text cursor stops blinking, but then resumes and blinks perpetually).
It does not show X Window System.

Issue can be observed on both:

• gparted-live-1.5.0-1-amd64.iso (stable)

• gparted-live-1.5.0-2-amd64.iso (testing)

There is NO such issue with:

• gparted-live-1.4.0-6-amd64.iso

so the fact that I'm conveniently booting ISOs through Ventoy ("Boot in normal mode" or "Boot in grub2 mode" - the same end result for GParted Live) should not be a problem here.

It's worth noting that when using:

• GParted Live (VGA with large font & To RAM)

• GParted Live Safe graphic settings (vga=normal)

X shows without issue in all mentioned versions of GParted Live (1.4 & 1.5).

My hardware: NUC11PHKi7C

(There is a similar thread for NUC12, but behavior is not exactly the same, so didn't want to prematurely lump it together.)

Bonus issue: When using

• GParted Live (Failsafe mode)

it doesn't even boot properly, after displaying messages

it hangs completely (text cursor is not blinking), keyboard no longer responds (Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn't work) and hard reset is needed in all mentioned versions of GParted Live (1.4 & 1.5).
