Topic: Live USB : enhance Live USB Flash Win setup instructions

May I suggest to enhance Live USB Flash creation Windows instructions with the following.

The makeboot.bat shall be run with administrator rights, else the USB key MBR cannot be modified
with the "Did not successfully update the MBR" error message.

On Windows, there is a simple way to do that.
On the USB flash key, create a shortcut to the makeboot.bat file.
Then right-clic on the shortcut, Properties, Advanced and check "Run as administrator".
That's all, folks.

Facing this problem, I spent two hours to find a solution.
I hope this can help other users.

Thanks. Originally we only mention "as an administrator". Now add more descriptions as you suggest.
