Can u attach it and stream TV content in GParted?

The goal of GParted is to provide an easy way to graphically manage disk device partitions, without unintended loss of data, through the use of GNU libparted and other free software file system tools.

It is not set up by default to stream TV content.

Having said that it is based on Debian SID GNU/Linux so if you can install extra packages to add missing functionality.  If you wish to stream TV content I would recommend searching for a distribution that focuses on multi-media.
