Topic: Return to default HD

I know pretty basic, but could not get there. Presently sda1 NTFS system
sda2 NTFS Ti105838WOG
Unallocated 169GB
sda3 NTFS Recovery
These were ext3 partitions but have gone to virtualbox
please advise and thank you
