Can not find SD card

I have the following problem:
i have micro sd card. and adapter for it.
when I run windows 7 64-bit on my laptop - I have access to the sd card. (i can copy, move or delete files and folders), but when i boot with Gparted live CD it do not see the sdcard. I am not a linux user, but can you tell mi how to mount it.

why i need this:
2 months ago i successfully create 2 partitions with ntfs and ext2 respectively.
I do it because on my phone i have android operating system. Now I don't need the ext2 partition anymore, but i can't go back because Gparted doesn't see the sd card.
