As far as I know, it is not possible to perform a really "low level" format, since this is done in factory. This was perhaps possible in the past (i.e. 15-20 years ago), but today's drives are much more complicated than those old ones.

First of all, thank you for answering, and if possible to get a low level, ubuntu may be, however it is recommended to do with a specialized distribution, but thanks. Greetings.
